My experience in care with Cheyenne and Kate has been exceptional. The therapy they do is gentle, yet I have had better than I ever expected results. I’ve avoided surgery and all without countless hours of daily exercises. I do follow the easy recommendations and my plantar fasciitis is 100% resolved, where I had trouble walking and constant pain when I started. 10/10 recommend!

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide the highest quality, most effective orthopedic physical therapy for our patients. We achieve these positive outcomes through the application of hands-on manual therapy techniques, specific exercise prescription and neuromuscular movement retraining lessons to restore full musculoskeletal function and relieve pain. Our goal is for our patient’s to return to full activity levels at work, home and with recreation and sports in the fewest number of visits possible. No maintenance treatments are necessary.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy of care is based on finding and treating the root cause of your dysfunction, rather than chasing your pain with temporary remedies. When we treat the true source of your pain and restore normal neuromuscular mechanics of the spine and extremities, your body will continue to heal for weeks and months to come after your treatment is completed.
